Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase! If not, you have 30 days from the day you received your item to request a return.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

Check Eligibility: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact Us: Reach out to us at store@caminomade.com to start your return. Be sure to include your order number.

Pack & Send: Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on how to send your item back.
NEED TO KNOW
- Exchanges: To swap an item, simply return your original item and place a new order.
- Non-returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned, sorry!
- Damages: If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, let us know right away so we can make it right.
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If yes, the refund will arrive in your account within 10 business days. Got a delay? If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at store@caminomade.com.
(And for our friends in the European Union, you have a special 14-day cooling-off period where you can return items, no questions asked.)
